Arrival → Yu Garden → Old City → The Bund → Nanjing Road → Shanghai Night View
Meet your private guide and driver and begin your journey in Shanghai’s historic Old City.
Visit Yu Garden and explore its traditional Chinese architecture, pavilions, ponds, and landscaped courtyards.
Continue to The Bund, where historic waterfront buildings face the futuristic Pudong skyline across the Huangpu River.
Walk through the surrounding historic district and Nanjing Road before enjoying Shanghai’s spectacular illuminated skyline in the evening.
Former French Concession → Local Neighborhood → Xintiandi → Pudong
After breakfast, explore the tree-lined streets of the Former French Concession, where historic villas, cafés, boutiques, and local neighborhoods reveal another side of Shanghai.
Continue through traditional shikumen neighborhoods and visit Xintiandi to experience the combination of historic Shanghai architecture and contemporary city life.
In the afternoon, cross the Huangpu River to Pudong and experience Shanghai’s modern skyline from a completely different perspective.
Enjoy free time in the evening or choose an optional Huangpu River cruise.
Shanghai → Suzhou → Classical Garden → Pingjiang Road → Shanghai / Departure
After breakfast, travel from Shanghai to Suzhou, one of China’s most famous historic garden cities.
Visit one of Suzhou’s renowned classical gardens and discover the traditional Chinese approach to landscape design through pavilions, ponds, rockeries, courtyards, and carefully framed views.
Continue to Pingjiang Road, a historic canal-side neighborhood lined with traditional houses, stone bridges, narrow lanes, teahouses, and small shops.
Spend some time walking beside the canals and experiencing the slower rhythm of traditional Jiangnan life.
After the visit, return to Shanghai or continue your journey from Suzhou, depending on your travel plans.

The specific classical garden visited in Suzhou can be selected according to availability and guest interests.
Day 3 can end either in Shanghai or Suzhou depending on the guest’s onward travel arrangements.
Guests departing from Shanghai on Day 3 should choose a later flight or train to allow sufficient time for the Suzhou visit and return journey.
